Below we have described, as transparently as possible, the scope of data we process when providing the Service on the our website www.formtofit (hereinafter referred to as “Platform“), the purposes and methods of processing, security measures, and your rights connected with the processing of your Personal Data.

“Personal Data” means the information about user that specifically identifies user and the information about user activities during the session on the Platform, when directly linked to personally identifiable information.

We do not offer our Services for use by children and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, and/or about children under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under the age of eighteen (18), do not provide any Personal Data to us without involvement of a parent or a guardian.

Firstly, we collect data that you voluntarily type on our Platform. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our Platform or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, text messaging, direct mail, online or otherwise. It also includes information you provide us through electronic or hard copy business cards, for instance, when you fill out: contact forms; content download requests; event registration forms; information request forms and/or when you report a problem with our Platform.

We use your phone number and email to conclude and execute agreements as well as for communication and marketing purposes. We may inform you of some offers that we think you would be interested in via your email. If you no longer wish to receive such information you can opt out at any time.

We collect such data as IP addresses, time stamps, device information, how you use the Platform, referrer-URLs that you used to connect to our Platform for statistical purposes. When you buy something from us, we ask you to provide your contact information, and credit card information or other payment account information. When you submit your card information, we store the name and address of the cardholder, the expiry date and the last four digits of the credit card number. We do not store the actual credit card number. For quick processing of future payments, if you have given us your approval, we may store your credit card information or other payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers.

In addition to the purposes mentioned above, we may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

The legal basis for processing your Personal Data depends on the purpose for processing. In general, we process your Personal Data under the following legal bases:

We Collect your Personal Data for the purposes that require us to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

(d)       Legitimate interests

We collect your Personal Data to facilitate our genuine advantages, for example, regarding overseeing, testing, creating, making sure about, and in some cases promoting and making offers about our Services. Doing this we also use appropriate measures to protect your fundamental rights and freedoms related to your personal data (Art. 6.1(f) of GDPR).

  • For analytical purposes. We believe we have a legitimate interest in analysing Service and Platform operations and user satisfaction. We consider processing this Personal Data beneficial to users. Our aim is to constantly develop the Platform and to provide the Service of the highest quality of the Service.

By accessing or using our products and services or otherwise providing personal Personal Data to us, you understand that the processing, transfer, and storage of your Personal Data may take place within the United States of America, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other countries where Company operates. Such transfers are subject to appropriate data protection agreements such as a group company agreement that is based on EU Commission’s Model Contractual Clauses for data processing activities to which GDPR applies.

If you submit your Personal Data to any of these third-party websites, your Personal Data is governed by their privacy policies.
